I want to invite you to join me, because this theme is also the subject of many other women.
We can now fully come into this power or go into repression/denial.
I chose the path for myself to go my way courageously, authentically and undeterred.
In the work with the ancestors it turned out that
Femininity was not lived in the ancestral line up to the primordial woman.
The focus was on the sons.
Mothers did not honor their successors, their daughters. In this way, femininity, what makes up a woman, could neither be lived nor passed on.
My ancestors were not in their strength, not rooted, had no support.
My ancestors had not learned to stand up for themselves, of course also due to the times in which they lived.
They were victims and perpetrators, experiencing the worst traumas that we probably have no idea about.
And this trauma was passed down from generation to generation and then finally reached our grandparents and parents with wars, prisoner of war, loss of son, brother, poverty, fear of survival, separation from mother as infants.
Symbolically, in the ancestral work, the primordial woman then passed on a golden ball, which symbolized beauty, femininity and strength, to the next ancestor until I took over the golden ball.
Now it is my task to bring this feminine power back into my ancestral lineage, for me and all the generations that come after me.
It's also one of those things with accepting compliments. There's a big one coming up right now.
"I can't be meant" in my head.
Accepting help is another point, because I immediately feel obliged to give something back.
I want to be able to assume that I want to jump over my own shadow.
I want to enjoy appreciation, to be able to feel it deeply!
I want to be grateful and open to abundance.
A few days later, I started writing down affirmations and discovered more examples that I would like to say goodbye to once and for all.
Can you let yourself be celebrated?
Can you stand it when someone gives you a lot of time or their ear?
Do you like to be the center of attention?
No? Then welcome to the club!
This topic is not just mine. If you recognize yourself in this, then let's tackle it together now!
From today on, let appreciation work deep within you.
Yes, you are meant in your uniqueness!
Show yourself in your beauty, your zest for life, strength and sensuality!
Show yourself as a woman, a goddess, Aphrodite and a warrior, upright, authentic and determined!
I am now bringing my femininity, my sensuality, my Leo energy back to me.
Another reason why we don't get into our femininity/masculinity/abundance is issues related to violence, manipulation and abuse, from our current life or previous ones.
Actually, I can't imagine anything worse than physical violence and sexual abuse,
but there are much more subtle forms of violence, manipulation and abuse - with words, outbursts of anger, withdrawal of love, looks, ignoring, belittling.
Have you perhaps been the little girl or boy who was deeply frightened when dearest family members suddenly had an outburst of anger when it wasn't really about YOU at all,
but about the EXTERNAL EFFECT that you may have brought about with your behavior?
Were there situations where you experienced a border crossing - but the adults dismissed it as "oh, he/she didn't mean it that way/ that was just fun" — just for the sake of peace with other fellow human beings?
The result was a diffuse picture of inner feeling and reaction from the outside, of truth and lies, right and wrong, good and evil.
Was it possible for you to be the adorable little girl, the little princess in the family, or the little boy who wanted to try his hand at it?
Which sentences from your childhood do you still carry around with you?
Right now, it's time to take a closer look so that you don't fall into the same patterns of behavior - so that you can give future generations a more carefree childhood, but first and foremost so that you free yourself from old issues that keep you trapped in a vicious circle and don't let you come into your power, your fullness.
It was what it was, you can't change anything.
But your experiences are so valuable because you have a sensitivity to encroachment and can be a companion who supports others in recognizing their own issues and freeing themselves from them.
Your experiences give you the chance to become the best version of yourself, clear, unflinching, courageous, serene, healing and inspiring.
